GLORIA MAROJEVIC
|

|
As well as her love of photography, Gloria likes to paint on glass
where the translation of light, movement and colour of her images
is perfectly expressed in a wonderfully vibrant manner. Working
above a light box and as well as using paint brushes, she moves
the piece around, blowing on it until satisfied with the paint effect
achieved. |

JOY KIRTON-SMITH
|

|
Joy's early years were spent in Worcestershire and she later studied
art at Halesowen College. The masters of the Italian Renaissance,
particularly Michelangelo, and Rembrandt provided her main inspiration
as her fascination grew with the drawing techniques that could bring
vibrancy and movement onto canvas and paper. |

DEBRA STROUD
|

|
Born in Guildford, Surrey into a creative family, Debra's artistic
background was initially geared more towards photography than painting.
Now living in Hampshire, she recalls that, from her earliest childhood,
the sea with its continually changing moods has always been her
greatest source of inspiration. |

WARWICK HIGGS

|
Self taught, Warwick has been drawing for as long as he can remember
and his childhood inspiration was the characters created by Walt
Disney. Although more recently acclaimed for his humorous and affectionate
depictions of animals, his early professional commissions were more
traditional portraits of birds. |
